Pathetic Webafrica

I left Mweb because of their pathetic service, but got the same right from the start with Webafrica! They refuse to activate my router before I pay a fee of R249, but they themselves already deducted this fee from my account 3 weeks ago! There is nobody that you can call - all you find is a bot on WhatsApp, who cannot solve the problem!
