Pathetic webafrica

Utterly annoyed with webafrica , service really sucks. I have moved out from my home 3 months now , yet my billing address as not changed. Now really how dumb is that. And the agent says they can't change. Apparently I need to apply for a product which I did. What makes it worse I had to send proof of address to get the product, if politicians are not dumb enough then we got webafrica in at same boat.

Lastly the agent plays so dumb with me thinks I'm a fool , the screenshots will be shown on social media guaranteed. Well these are my 2 cents before I move on to another platform
