Pathetic Web chat agents at Web Africa

My line was activated today 5 May 2021, from the time of activation my line keeps disconnecting, I have been transfered to 3 different webchat consultants who could not assist and the last one who just ended the chat ...my line speed was suppsed to be 20mgs but it's showing only 4..and the consultant are useless and unhelpful...agents are Arizona, Clint and worst of all Mmabatho..Is it so difficult to find people who would actually give a damn about their clients...such pathetic service.
