Pathetic Unbelievable Service

Signed up with them and Vumatel promptly came and installed. Vuma was very professional and I was very happy with their service.

I've since been waiting for Webafrica to activate the line for days now. The only way you can contact them is on whatsapp and I've been waiting for 3 days now being told that I'm on the queue for my line to be activated.

This morning a person called Asanda on the whatsapp chat finally wrote me. She seems so clueless as if it's her first day on a new job. She's been activating this line since 8am until she disappeared at 11am. After that I received a message stating that I'll be assisted by another person when available which I'm assuming I'll have to wait a further 3 days.

Such pathetic service and I'm even considering getting another service provider to come out and install the line for me now.
