pathetic to no service

what a disaster of a company! they installed their line by me and from day 1 i had poor connection and then no connection. after months of struggling i finally got a new router but unfortunately the problems still persisted. after waiting countless hours on their whatsapp bot service, and getting no assistance, i finally canceled with them and moved to Rain. Now they still want to come charge me a cancellation fee....hgw ridiculous is this! i have to pay bec they cant do their job?
