Pathetic Technical Support

I have used their WhatsApp line as it is the only way to get hold of any support & after more than 2 hours & putting up with a Technician (Sandisiwe N) that has no clue or no customer care abilities, I am still sitting with issues. I pay over R1000 a month & cannot continue like this. They refuse to send a technician to my house & I am losing business due to them. Easy to Subscribe, but after sales is a just not there.
