Pathetic. Stay away from this company

So fiber was being installed in my area and I was shopping around for providers. Came across a deal with these guys that seemed so good. Read all the fine prints and no catches found so I signed up on their website. A few days later, I contacted them just to make sure I have all the info I needed. Only to find out the promo is only 3 months at 699. And then you're stuck with paying 999 for atleast another 9 months if you stay with them. If you don't, they will charge you with installation, etc. So I cancelled it immediately. 4 days later I get debited a router fee of 249 which I never got. And now when I contact them, I've been told that there's a deadline to cancel and I'm not going to get refunded so I've just donated to the company. This is utter nonsense. I get that I missed a cancellation deadline to not get charged, but I am entitled to a refund of my money!!!
