Does not diverse a rating. One star is being generous.
Upon my cancellation i was charged a claw back fee of R1029 for the router.
I find this insane as the consultant who presented at our complex (during Vumatel installation ) advised that this is a promotional offer with free router and installation.
I do not not need the router as i do not require your serves that lags all the time.
As your 5 consultant I spoke to, to resolve this matter; kindly collect immediately and refund my funds. This has now had an impact on my banking / ITC scoring.
Your billing team is delaying this matter.
