PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!DONT USE THEM

Lightening damaged my fiber line. I requested a technician from openserve to come out and fix it, they cancelled my ticket and said the problem have been resolved. They never phoned or came out to fix the line. Its been 5 Days and I'm still waiting. You can not call them or openserve everything is done on whatsup. Its pathetic service and im running a business from home and have tax deadlines today. I talked to agents from 8 in the morning until 9 in the evening, still no joy
