Pathetic service. Worst ISP than telkom

Terrible service. I sent email regarding my service never get answer back. So I tried to WhatsApp channel the agent did not even.wait for my answer just close the chat. I have to try another agent than he can not assist me so transfer me to another. That one is not available. And I have to repeat same again again. Worst than telkom. Than they dont deal.with my inquiry accordingly and take money no matter what from the account.
