PATHETIC SERVICE WEBAFRICA/VUMATEL

Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic.Wifi was off for a period of 7 days for the month of March and is off for 2 days and counting now in April...So Webafrica is this going to be the norm?????You dont refund for downtime , as if i as a customer have any control over YOUR outages PLUS at the end of the month you expect full payment ,while i have not even received a full service.CANNOT EVEN PROVIDE A ETA BUT YOUR TECHS IS WORKING ON IT, IS ALL THE WHATSAPP AGENTS CAN TELL YOU.....ANOTHER 7 DAYS ????Don"t even deserve one star....
