Pathetic service WebAfrica

Service is pathetic... Its incredibly challenging to reach an agent when experiencing issues with WebAfrica. I really try to understand how they operate as a business. Numerous times I've tried to get hold of an agent, I promise you they only get back to you two days when you have tried to get hold on them on their social platforms and if you do get hold of you they will tell you that escalating the issue just to wait another 5 days. Oh my word their service are so bad, however if you contact them to purchase one of their products you immediately be assisted by an agent. I am so furious this happens every time you need their assistance
