WebAfrica has been a ****py SP provider. There is NO WAY OF SPEAKING TO SOMEONE and the people behind their what's app chat is so ***********, rude and unhelpful. Inital query logged 21 November 2023 I have been waiting for feedback for a month today from 26 June - 26 July and NOBODY can assist. Finance TAT is 24-72hrs and I am being told a month later to wait for the 24-72hrs TAT. I spoke to consultants Sthembiso N, Shamiema A, Lindiwe T, Sihle G,Sasha-Lee F,Refilwe,Phumeza M.,Thubelihle N,Gcobani M, Siyabulela R. If I could rate a 0 - 0.5 star, that would be my rating
