Pathetic Service Unacceptable and Abuse

Absolute incompetence on SO many levels!!!! You Route ALL your customer support calls to WhatsApp, and then you don’t have sufficient resources to deal with the influx of customer queries. I have been waiting over 3 hours for someone to get back to me, have another coffee you say, well why don’t you get your house in order. Don’t sell a Netogy UPS, take my bl**dy money and then not have sufficient stock to deliver. I have been waiting 2 weeks. If I had any idea that it would take this long, I would have bought it from Takealot. It’s ****************!!!!!!! I want my UPS or I want a refund!!! But your customer service sucks. In this day it is absolutely unacceptable on ALL levels!!!!!
