PATHETIC service to say the least

<p>I ordered a vdl router from them R899 + R100 courier on Friday July 9th , send through the proof of payment from Absa , was told thank you the payment would be put on account ever since then every single day Saterday , Sunday , Monday , Tuesday they keep trying to take money from my cc account for the excact same thing I already send through proof of payment phoned them monday was told would not happen again it is now tuesday and lo and behold same thing again , phoned spoke to sales lady says keep on line for billing ten minutes later no one has answered yet so i put phone down send them the proof of payment lots of times asked questions not one reply , ******* service to say least stay away from this company people </p>
