Pathetic service provider

This is the worst experience I have had dealing with a service provider, we paid to have instalation done and have not received any instalation nor any communication from web africa. I also contacted vuma and they also have no answers I NEED ANSWERS AS THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I HAVE RECEIVED NO PRODUCT!!!! PLEASE ADVISE ON NEXT AND LEAGAL STEPS.
