PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER.

I have been trying to chat to an agent since this morning. First online and now via whatsapp. All Willie the bot has to say is make a cuppa...... Do you have shortage of staff as this is the usual waiting time and eventually when someone does answer, they just close the chat again. Your service is pathetic........I am trying to make payment but there seem to be a problem with your system. I need to work and need the line connected ASAP.
