Pathetic service provider called web africa

If there was an option to give 0 stars I would take it . I advise everyone who is interested in getting web Africa to please not use them unless you love to be taken for an idiot and waste your time . Their customer service is more pathetic than home affairs at this point . You can’t even talk to a real person you have to speak to their WhatsApp automated replies and when you request for an agent they will take 50 years to respond and most of the time not even get back to you . It’s a new service provider but it’s absolute **** what the hell it’s the worst ! Highly do not recommend
