Pathetic Service provider

I have recently engaged with Webafrica for a fibre internet contract. They were extremely quick in debiting my bank account twice but no service post payment. They haven't even provided an internet connection router. When I call they always promise the same words saying "Someone will call you shortly to sort out the problem". But even that never happens. It's been 3 weeks since they debited my account and congratulatory messages saying we have been connected.
