Pathetic service, no product received, and still being charged!!!

This is the most useless company I have ever dealt with, app**** for fibre installation first week Aug 2020, after weeks of waiting and following up, and no one being able to tell me when my fibre would be installed, I cancelled the whole deal end September. Obviously thinking everything has been cancelled, I deleted all the WhatsApp messages first week in November, now end November a debit order went through on my account of R3200 for services and products I have never received. I was livid when I saw this, and have phoned them three times again this week, everytime having to speak to a different consultant, whom none are autjorized according to them to cancel an account, but everyone will sort it out. Never seen so many people in a company not doing their jobs. This is ridiculous and such a disgrace and I'm fed up with this company. I don't want your useless service, I didn't receive anything from you in the first place, so cancel this contract!!!!!! Your wasting my money and time even further neesemg to phone and try to sort this **** out every 2nd day!!!!!!
