PATHETIC SERVICE FROM WEBAFRICA:ALMOST TWO MONTHS AND NO SOLUTION TO MY FIBRE INSTALLATION PROBLEM

I do not find webafrica helpful.Have been trying to sort fibre for my home now for two months.Each day its just the same story.You chat all day to a consultant that states the matter must be reffered to a supervisor as they seeing an existing connection on the property.My parents has stayed in this place for 40 years.No one else has stayed their ever.I contact them 3 times a week since beginning of November.The service is really pathetic as no one has ever tried to sort out my issue.Each time the service needs to be cancelled cause of this existing connection.Also... each time you get a new consultant that you need to explain the whole story over again to.I wont advise people to get fibre internet with webafrica.
