Most unprofessional customer service out there agents have no idea how to directly answer a question all they seem too do is lie and give you the same response from every agent you chat to its been over a week and a matter that was supposed to be fixed within an hour has now taken over a week and the matter has not been updated this for me is not poor but pathetic service from Webafrica and Zoom Fibre
