PATHETIC SERVICE FROM WEBAFRICA STAFF

I've been trying to sort out a payment to Webafrica that went missing on 2/4. I've been chatting to numerous call centre staff on WhatsApp but no luck. They ask for the same information every time. This just shows that information send to them are not stored. WORST SERVICE EVER.......
