Pathetic service from Webafrica!!!!!

I app**** and paid for wifi on the 3rd June 2025, today is the 20 June 2025 and no wifi has been installed at my premises this is unacceptable because they took my money and i have no service, when i query i get told that Vuma needs to cancel the line and active my line i don't know what ******* is that!!!!! i am extremally upset and unhappy with this pathetic service how can i have paid for a service that i do not have yet if i didn't pay they would have been quick to cancel the services. i need this problem to be sorted out ASAP!!!!!!
