Pathetic service from WebAfrica and Vumatel

The most useless and pathetic company I have ever dealt with. Placed a fibre order on the 18 of November and made a payment as prompted and never received their service. No router/line was installed in my house but they claim my service is live and running. I have been in contact with them everyday since the 18 of November but they still can’t assist me. STAY AWAY FROM WEBAFRICA AND VUMATEL if you want peace of mind and excellent service. Their call centre and WhatsApp are very clueless, sending back and forth between different agents.
