Pathetic service from WEBAFRICA

Terrible service from webafrica. I have a credit on my account, we made an error to over pay one month, every month we pay on time. The payment is due the 25th but our service was suspended yesterday already 24 June 2021. I reached out to Webafrica via WhatsApp only to be transferred from Stanton, to Domineco and last but not least the one who disappears into thin air Aziza. All I wanted was for my credit to be allocated to cover for June. If it cannot be done then fine n.p refund me..... And why was my service suspended a day before payment is due.... Greed?

This is the most putrid service. I personally dont think Webafrica should be in business. I am a paying customer, Fibre does not come free!!!!

I want this resolved TODAY!!
