Pathetic service from Webafrica

Webafrica is the worst company to deal with, their Whatsapp line (which seems to be the ONLY way to talk to them) is absolutely pathetic. You get NO response from them, they tell you a problem is sorted out when it is not. I am trying to sort out a billing query for 2 months now and still not sorted out. Yesterday I was connected to someone on their whatsapp line who just did not even respond to my messages. It is the worst company to deal with, do not take out fibre with them, they quick to install but then you left with no response after that.
