Pathetic service from Webafrica

The WiFi has been down for over 2 weeks and you can only chat to a bot. Informed them about the problem over 2 weeks ago and it still has not been resolved. The service is horrible they don't even get back to you as promised on on their last email sent to me. There is no number or email you can contact them on, they are like aliens there is no way to reach them.
