Pathetic service from Webafrica

I don't even know where to start. Easy to sign up to this company and set up the debit order. When you have an issue that's when the problems start. They run their business on WhatsApp you can't speak to anyone. 3 weeks later many calls and they promise to escalate and give you reference that the fault has been logged and that's where it ends. No one takes accountability they just pass the buck
