Pathetic service from Web Africa. Phoenix Caneside

Web Africa and Vumatel at it again This is pathetic service. We have logged a complaint on Saturday stating we don't have Fibre and nothing was done about. There were no Technicians even working on the fault on Saturday. On Sunday th3 Technicians were available and they advised that we will only have Fibre today unbeknown to me how they can predict this. Despite numerous calls and whattsup messages sent to Web Africa and your business promising to have the fault fixed nothing has been done. Whilst on the call with someone from Web Africa yesterday I had the Technician looking into the Fibre box outside my property and when I questioned him around what time the Fibre will be restored because i do not have Fibre he rep**** saying he has no ticket indicating I don't have Fibre. The lady from Web Africa advised me that the Technicians are working on the fault but up until yesterday evening the Technicians was not advised. This is really a pathetic service offered via Vumatel and Web Africa. How is it possible that I takes more than 3 days to resolve the Fibre issue. The Community has been raising concerns with your Business that we do not have Fibre but there seems to be no urgency in Resolving the issue at hand. We as a Community have spend a lot of finances buying Data to use and when I questioned the person at Web Africa they rep**** that they cannot do no adjustment to our bill this month as they can only do this if the problem persist over 5 days. Now I can honestly say that the service offered to us is absolutely pathetic. We currently do not have a single Technician in site despite having flagged the problem from Saturday.
