Pathetic Service from Web Africa

Webafrica is the worst internet service provider. My account was canceled without informing me on 01.02.2024. Payment is always made diligently. They do not answer phone calls. Communication is via WhatsApp. Chatted to several agents Junaid, Amber, Zolani, Marcus van Wyk, Zimi, Abulele, Langelihlo, Catherine, Sinovuyo, Zandele, Muhammad no help given. REF NUMBERS: *** ; *** ; *** ; *** ; ***. Tried phoning Vumatel no response. I am currently working from home and there's no internet connection. It's one week without internet connection. Webafrica and Vumatel have not been taken accountable and reinstated my account.
