Pathetic service from vuma and webafrica

After i paid them for fibre and installation took place on sunday the 26th I'm still stuck with no fibre and vuma consultants are telling me that it is pending ISP. I was promised after payment I will get free installation which I did and I will be connected on internet imminently. I'm still not connected after two days still stuck and frustrated. They failed to deliver on their promises
