Pathetic Service from Vuma and Web Africa

I’ve had the worst service from both Vuma and Web Africa. People do not upgrade your data line it was my worst decision, infact if possible go a different route than Vuma or Web Africa. I’ve been without service for 16 days now and my services was paid for on time but due to incompetence from both companies my internet was shutdown for no reason and I was forced to apply for a new line and they still cannot allocate my payment correctly meaning no internet service and to make things even worse they actually asked me to pay again and wait on a refund that they can’t tell me how long I will wait for. They blame each other and service requests are escalated but to no avail. It’s now 16 days without a service I payed for and I have to cart my pc and work equipment everyday to a neighbor so I can earn my salary. O and of course I must pay my neighbor for access to their WiFi.

Absolutely ridiculous the service.
