Pathetic service from the agents

The service I'm getting from WebAfrica is the worst till this day my issue hasn't been solved, I logged my first complaint on the 1st of December 2022 informing them that we can only access 3 apps the rest we cant access. They always send me emails saying the issue is resolved but still, the agents always lie and say that my issue is escalated. I have 3 different ref number for the same thing
