Pathetic Service from *********** people!
<p>I emailed Webafrica in May 2016 asking them to cancel my debit order because I wish to pay via monthly EFT payment. I uploaded proof of payment to my online profile on Webafrica website. I received a email to commend me for making early payment and that my account will not be debited on 1 June 2016. Smooth sailing, no hiccups! On 27 June 2016 I pay via EFT and upload the proof of payment to my online profile on Webafrica website. AND, I email Webafrica again, just in case, the proof of payment asking them not to debit me on 1 July 2016.</p> <p>What Happens? They debit me on the 1st of July 2016. I immediately email them asking why they debited my account and requesting a refund. I get NO REPLY! I email again on 2 July, NO REPLY! 3 July, NO REPLY! I email 5 July, I eventually get a call from Janine Fullard, very apologetically, she confirms that they were wrong and assures me that I will be refunded on Friday, 8 July 2016. She even sends me a email on 5 July, confirming everything. On 8 July 2016 I email them to ask if refund has been done. NO REPLY!</p> <p> </p> <p>On Saturday, 9 July I call Webafrica again, I speak to Janine Fullard, she confirms that payment was indeed made on 8 July 2016. On Monday, 11 July 2016 I call again, I speak to Rushdien in Billing Dept. He tells me payment was not done on 8 July 2016. Extremely ****ed, I ask him why I was **** to by Janine? He tells me he needs to confirm will Janine and he will call me back. HE NEVER CALLS BAC****!! I send a range of emails to Webafrica voicing my dissatisfaction! I call again at 15:30 on 11 July, I speak to Aziza. She spins me some BULL about system problems and some clients not receiving their refunds. She offers no sort of solution! I demand that my refund be done immediately! As I write this complaint, NO WORD AT ALL FROM THESE *********** IDIOTS!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be cancelling my services with this company!</p> <p> </p> <p>MWEB offers a ADSL uncapped 4MB line for R100 less than this putrid company!!!!</p>
