Pathetic service from both WebAfrica and Brightlink

I have been waiting for my fibre installation through WebAfrica for the past two weeks and the experience has been extremely frustrating.

WebAfrica does not appear to have accessible customer service. The only option is to request a chat with an agent, and it can take days without anyone responding. I specifically informed them that I needed the fibre installed by 27/02/2026 because I had an important exam on 06/03/2026 and required stable internet access for studying.

After waiting and following up, technicians finally arrived on 03/03/2026, only to inform me that they could not proceed with the installation because I live in a double-storey rental property. This was incredibly upsetting because I had already cancelled my previous internet provider based on the expectation that this installation would go ahead.

I had to find alternative ways to study at the last minute, which caused a great deal of stress. As of today, 10/03/2026, I still have not received any feedback, communication, or resolution from WebAfrica.

This entire process has been extremely disappointing. I would appreciate urgent assistance and proper communication regarding my installation.
