Pathetic Service from an ISP

The worst service I have ever experienced. There is no support number to call, their Whatsapp chat portal gets no response for DAYS (no exaggeration), no response from their Complaints email address or their Facebook Messenger. Utterly useless as a ISP as far as I am concerned - please be warned...... I had to cancel before even being connected to our local fibre network due to lack of progress and no communication over the past 3 weeks.
