Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bunch of ***** and extremely unprofessional service!!!!!! How do you market, sell and take orders for a service you cannot provide as yet????? We have a fixed metrofibre fibre line installed and would like to take a contract with Webafrica. After two weeks I find out that Webafrica is new to Metrofibre network and backlog testing is still ongoing. As such Webafrica is not in a position to provide internet as yet!!!! No one at Webafrica will tell you this. Phone forever rings and if you are lucky to get through after 15 minutes and speak to someone then the line just cuts off and don't think for one second that they will phone you back. oh no you have to call again and explain your issue all over again!!!! Bunch of *****!!!!! Do not use them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
