Pathetic service

I’ve been out of service the whole day.I’ve been trying to call the Tech support with no luck.I’m only getting through their sales team but they can’t help they are only transferring me to Tech support which I can’t get hold of them.Their WhatsApp line is as useless as they come.I can’t afford to be out of service I need Internet
