Pathetic service

The possible worst experience ever. You have to chat on whatsapp if you have a query or a problem, and the agents take forever to reply. You can never get hold of a manager or a supervisor, They don not go into your account to view previous communication and you have repeat your query or complaint again and again. I have been trying for more than 2 days to cancel my subscription, and now because its "late", and now i have to pay another month. Pathetic.
