Pathetic service ever!

Internet service down since 8 July 2022. WhatApp agents keep saying they escalated and are waiting, yet they said turnaround time is a maximum of 72 hours. It’s been 16 days with no internet! After some struggle to get hold of an agent on their WhatsApp, Lisa lady convinced me not to cancel and undertook to escalate to Critical Care and that it would be resolved within 24 hours, and that was on the 19 July. Pathetic service with bad reviews. I so wish I had read reviews before signing with them
