Pathetic service

What a nightmare! Change of ownership, change of address, 9 WhatsApp agents, 2 online support chats and 3 weeks later, and STILL NO INTERNET ACCESS!!!! I have requested for managers to call me, still no feedback. I have requested to chat to a manager as there are no lines available to call, still no feedback. Come on, WebAfrica. This is terrible.
