Pathetic service

I spent the whole day yesterday trying to get my upgrade from 100\100 line to 200\200 corrected as I am still only receiving a 100\100 line. The idiot in the help center does not have the slightest clue what he is doing and as a result I got absolutely no where with this issue. Do I need to take legal action against Webafrica before they correct this or what????
