Pathetic service

Used them out of desperation and deeply regret it. You cannot speak to anyone. And the whatsapp chat service is an absoute joke. They keep referring me back and forth between support and reactivation team even though they say the line is active. I've repeated the story to 5 people over 24 hours and im still awaiting a response. Second time this month.
