Pathetic service - Dont use Web Africa or Vumatel

internet has been off since Sunday hand since no one from web africa or vumatel can assist us by getting an authentication error 651 resolved!!!! Having said this we also had only a few days prior to this and was also without internet for two days.

Vumatel refuse to send a technician out and the keep on closing tickets logged without resolving the issue

pathetic service to say the least
