Pathetic service don't recommend

for the last few months I have been receiving statements from them reflecting I'm owing double then what I usually pay every month I end up sending them all POP of payments made to them and yet they still haven't resolved it, getting through to them is also pathetic, they advise you to go to WhatsApp where you wait 8 hours just for the agent to tell you okay we will transfer you to another department
