Pathetic service despite having payed.

I have been without internet service for over two weeks despite paying my monthly subscription. You can not get in touch with any human to get feedback all we have as a response in automated messages. I believe that the service provider only care about new sales and doesn't bother about after sales service. I Wil not recommend this service provider to anybody. Two weeks to fix a problem on their side. Pathetic.
