Pathetic service

The service at Web Africa is pathetic. For over a week I have been talking to a bot or at least 9 agents (Jason, Kgopolo Morige, Langelihle M, Sfundo S, Mandisi M, Wade Harris, Lerato, Tshepido, Derik, and i could go on). They are completely useless and unhelpful. Then still want to charge for internet I don't have.
