Pathetic service

I just payed my subscription this morning, after 3 hours my fibre goes off and I was sent a message that I did not make payment.i then try to contact Web africa and R100 airtime later still couldn't get through to them. I tried Willie bot and that is of now help either.i have to work but now I'm unable to do so I then had to buy another 2 gigs on my phone so that I could Hotspot from my phone All in all I spent 300 and still nothing.web Africa's service is pathetic honestly
