Pathetic service

Web Africa is a pathetic service provider. Its 2 days & nobody was able to assist me. I use my wifi for business purposes & now every thing has to be on hold. Their whatsapp live chat is the most annoying way to contact them & that idiotic robot keeps replying but no help at all.
